Field trips

You can deduct expenses to take the children in your daycare on field trips. You must have documents to support these expenses, such as taxi receipts, parking receipts and entry‑ticket stubs.

Report these expenses on line 9200 of Form T2125, Statement of Business and Professional Activities.

If you use your vehicle to take children on field trips, you may be able to claim motor vehicle expenses. For more information, see Motor vehicle expenses.
