Through outreach activities, the Canada Revenue Agency provides clear, accessible information on:

- Tools and services available to support the claim process
- How SR&ED supports business growth and innovation
Outreach advisors across Canada work closely with industry sector associations, innovation hubs, and economic development organizations to raise awareness of the SR&ED tax incentives. By delivering targeted outreach, they help eligible businesses of all sizes and in all sectors understand the program and prepare claims with clarity and confidence.
