Newfoundland and Labrador - 2025 Income tax package

Using the income tax package

The tax package includes both the federal tax return and the provincial form, as well as other forms and schedules that may apply to you.

1. Download or view your return and provincial forms

   Federal tax

   • Income Tax and Benefit Return
     This is the main form you need to complete your taxes

   Newfoundland and Labrador tax

   • Form NL428 - Newfoundland and Labrador Tax
     Calculate the Newfoundland and Labrador tax and credits to report on your return
     If you received business income from outside Newfoundland and Labrador

     If you resided in Newfoundland and Labrador on December 31, 2025 (or the date you left Canada if you emigrated in 2025) and all or part of your 2025 business income was earned and can be allocated to a permanent establishment outside Newfoundland and Labrador, use Form T2203, Provincial and Territorial Taxes for Multiple Jurisdictions instead of Form NL428.
