Description of fields

Legal name - This field contains the legal name of the main municipal organization. If a municipality is a multi-branch entity, individual branches or divisions may not be listed, and the payment amount is the total amount of the incremental rebate approved for payment to the main municipal organization.

City/Postal code - These fields contain the city and the first three digits of the postal code of the mailing address of the main municipal organization.

Payment amount - This field contains the total dollar amount of the incremental rebate amount (42.86%) approved for payment.
