This mailing list notifies you when a new notifiable transaction has been designated by the Minister. When you subscribe to this list, you may also receive other related updates to the mandatory disclosure rules.

This service is designed to provide notice when a new notifiable transaction is designated by the Minister of National Revenue with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance. Email notifications are provided for the convenience of the user. The CRA does not assume any responsibility for the timely delivery of information updates through this service. Use of this service is not a substitute for regularly checking the designated notifiable transaction webpage. Every person who might have a reporting requirement under subsection 237.4(4) with respect to a notifiable transaction is responsible to be aware of and comply with their reporting requirements.
