The Canada Revenue Agency is taking significant action to detect and deter tax evasion.

Canadian courts have consistently found tax schemes used by tax protesters in order to not pay their fair share of taxes to be illegal.

Not paying your taxes through tax evasion schemes and encouraging others to do the same is a crime and is punishable by a fine and possible jail time.

You are encouraged to call the CRA to report anyone.
