Disclosure of transition material
The Access to Information Act requires the proactive publication of briefing materials that were prepared for a new Minister or deputy head (or equivalent) for the purposes of enabling them to assume the powers, duties and functions of their office, within 120 days after their appointment.
The Canada Revenue Agency prepared the briefing materials below for the Minister of National Revenue.
