Annual Reports on Employee Misconduct and Wrongdoing
The Public Servants Discolsure Protection Act (PSDPA). requires departments to publish annual reports on employee misconduct and wrongdoing.
Misconduct involves violations of an Act, regulation, or a code of conduct. Wrongdoing refers to more significant violations such as misuse of public funds, gross mismanagement, creating a danger to public health or safety, or a serious breach of a code of conduct, as defined by the PSDPA.
