The Office of Supplier Integrity and Compliance (OSIC) administers the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy, which sets out how and when a supplier may be suspended or declared ineligible from doing business with the Government of Canada. The policy helps to promote fair competition and uphold public trust in federal procurement and real property processes.
