Samson was engaged on May 15, 2024, as a fairness monitor to observe the procurement process for the implementation of a knowledge management solution for the Benefit Delivery Modernization Program, issued by Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of Employment and Social Development Canada under task authorization solicitations TAS033-BDM-KM-T2-25 and TAS033-BDM-KM-T2-25_B. Samson is an independent third party with respect to this activity.
The fairness monitor hereby provides the unqualified assurance statement below concerning the implementation of a knowledge management solution for the Benefit Delivery Modernization Program procurement process up to and including the conclusion of contract award and debriefings.
