Process description
A salary revision is a change in pay rate to a specific group.
Pay Centre responsibilities
The Pay Centre is responsible for:
- applying salary changes for those accounts that were not processed automatically
- correcting salaries that were not processed correctly
- advising the following third party organizations of the change in pay rate, when required:
- Industrial Alliance
- Sun Life
- sending a new Termination / retirement information form for all terminated employees following a mass retroactive revision process in Phoenix
