My CAF Pension
My CAF Pension lets you plan your retirement using easy-to-use tools based on your most up-to-date pension information. You can keep your personal details current so the Government of Canada Pension Centre can:
- reach you when needed
- manage your beneficiary for the Supplementary Death Benefit
- communicate directly with the Pension Centre through secure messaging
Recommended information to have on hand to complete your enrolment
When signing in for the first time, you will be guided through the Welcome Wizard to complete your setup and access your personalized dashboard. To make the process smoother, have the following items ready:
- address
- phone number
- beneficiary details
- proof of age such as
- birth certificate
- passport
- driver’s licence
Instructions to access your My CAF Pension portal
- Enter your smartcard (building pass) number into your computer
- Select the Sign in button for access to the secure portal
- this will open the Smartcard/Token sign-in page
- Enter your Human Resources Management Information System number (HRMIS #) into the User name field and your Novell login password (password used to log into your computer) in the Password field
- Select Run, then select Allow if an Entrust box appears
- Enter your Entrust password and select OK
- Enrol if this is the first time you are entering the secure portal
- Enter your regimental number where indicated and select Validate
- You will be taken to the Canadian Forces Superannuation Act (CFSA) Employee Pension website where the personalized pension tools are located
