The information will be held in PSPC’s Personal Information Bank number (PPU 115: Internet and PPE 830: Intranet Services), and it will be retained according to the retention and disposal schedule established for this bank.

  PSPC is committed to ensure the privacy and security of personal information. However, applicants remain responsible for the security and confidentiality of any personal information provided to PSPC, until it is received. Applicants may choose to transmit personal or sensitive information by regular mail, by email or by fax at their discretion, but should consider using registered mail or priority courier as these are more secure delivery methods.

All registration documents, such as forms and security assessments, should be printed and sent to the CGP by email, fax, mail or courier.
