Becoming pre-qualified

Follow these steps to become a pre-qualified supplier under task and solutions professional services (TSPS).

Step 1: Access the solicitation documents

• Access the tender notices for the TSPS Request for Supply Arrangements (RFSA) from the CanadaBuys site:
  • task-based: Request for supply arrangement tender notice
  • solution-based: Request for supply arrangement tender notice
• Download the most recent RFSA solicitation documents located in the Bidding details section of the tender notice on CanadaBuys

Step 2: Login to/create your ePortal account

• If your company does not yet have a Centralized Professional Services System (CPSS) ePortal account, enrol in the CPSS ePortal using the enrolment instructions for suppliers
• Log into the CPSS ePortal supplier module via Supplier credential verification

Step 3: Submit a bid

• If your company meets all mandatory criteria outlined in the RFSA, complete and submit the online response via the data collection component of the CPSS ePortal as per the instructions in the RFSA document at Attachment A to Component I: Step by step guide on submitting a TSPS bid online via the CPSS ePortal
• Any paper elements of supplier bids will be requested by TSPS during the bid evaluation period

Step 4: Evaluation period

• Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) will perform evaluations on submitted online bids
• After the evaluation is completed, if the bid is deemed responsive, a supply arrangement will be awarded
