Approved authorities: Software as a service supply arrangement

In order to ensure the proper use of the software as a service (SaaS) request for supply arrangement (RFSA) procurement vehicle it is mandatory for client departments to receive the necessary training provided by the Application and Software Procurement Directorate (ASPD) team within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Once a client department’s authorized members have received the training and have a completed the user agreement, the authorized client users will then be able to use the software as a service supply arrangement (SaaSSA) to procure SaaS solutions for their given departments.
