Becoming pre-qualified

Steps on how to become a pre-qualified Supplier under ProServices

Step 1

• Download the Request for Supply Arrangement (E60ZT-180024/C) document from CanadaBuys
• Make sure to download all amendments and attachments to the Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA)
• The RFSA contains all the information and instructions necessary to bid. We strongly encourage bidders to carefully read and go through the solicitation document.

Step 2

• If your company does not yet have a Centralized Professional Services System (CPSS) ePortal account, learn how to enrol at supplier registration
• You may now sign in as a supplier (accessible on the Government of Canada network only)

Step 3

• Complete and submit the online response template via the Data Collection Component of the CPSS ePortal as per the instructions in the RFSA document in Step 1
• Refer Supplier Easy Steps – for Data Collection Component on how to complete the online response template
• The paper elements of supplier bids will be requested by ProServices during the bid evaluation period

Step 4

• Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) will perform evaluations on submitted online responses
• After the evaluation is complete, the supply arrangements will be awarded
