At a glance: Supplier module

The following instructions are to help modify existing supplier information within the Centralized professional services system (CPSS) ePortal. New bidders wishing to use the Data Collection component to respond to an open solicitation should use Supplier Easy Steps: Data Collection Component. Also, many of the functions described below are only available to the Main Contact account holder.

After successful enrolment and receipt of your credentials, proceed to log into the CPSS Supplier Module, as follows:

• Go to Centralized Professional Services System
• Select Sign in as a supplier under the "For Businesses" heading
• Enter your credentials.

Once you have logged in, on the left hand navigational bar you will have access to the following:

• Add Regional Contact
  This allows you to create a profile for another individual from within your company, usually for the purposes of setting that individual as a Regional Contact for the purposes of client enquiry
• Update Regional Contact
  This allows to update the contact information of any Regional Contact profile
• Edit Supplier Profile
  This allows you to make changes to your company’s supplier profile. Please note: A supplier address change could affect a supplier’s overall security level. It remains the responsibility of the supplier to contact the Contract Security Program and advise them of any changes
• Edit My Profile
  This allows you to make changes to your particular profile, that is, the profile of the user that has logged into CPSS Supplier Module
• Solicitation Dashboard
  This provides an overall view of the status of solicitation response templates for each Request for Standing Offer and/or Supply Arrangement. The headings are:
  • Open Solicitations
    These have a corresponding solicitation on GETS. The solicitations response templates are open for suppliers to access and input data
  • Anticipated Solicitations
    These provide a type of “heads up” for suppliers for upcoming solicitations and expected dates for posting on GETS.
    Remember, simultaneous with a solicitation being posted on GETS, the solicitation will appear under "Open Solicitations"
  • Closed Solicitations
    These are the solicitations which have closed and are currently under evaluation
  • Awarded Solicitations
    These are the solicitations that have been evaluated and the Standing Offers and/or Supply Arrangements awarded
• Change Password
  This allows you to change your password
• Logout
  This allows you to properly log out of the CPSS Supplier Module
