Video recruitment toolkit

This video recruitment toolkit aims to provide guidance to hiring managers and human resources professionals, on the potential uses of video at different stages of a selection process in Canada’s federal public service. The toolkit is modular in design so as to rapidly guide hiring managers and human resources professionals on how to use video at a specific step of the staffing process. The modules are:
