The Career Pathways for Indigenous Students is a nationwide initiative that enables the recruitment and inclusion of students who identify as Indigenous. As part of the Federal Student Work Experience Program, it provides a tailored onboarding process, training, activities, mentorship, and support services for hiring managers and Indigenous students.
This opportunity is open to Indigenous students only (First Nations, Inuit and Métis).
- The Indigenous Career Navigators Program
This program provides Indigenous public servants with advice and guidance to navigate their career from a recruitment, professional development and career advancement perspective. It was established in response to the Many Voices, One Mind: A Pathway to Reconciliation Action Plan to support Indigenous public servants across the country.
