Revised Annex D reporting form for fiscal year 2020–21 (20-15)

Dear colleagues,

I would like to inform you that the revised Appointment Delegation and Accountability Instrument (Annex D) form for the 2020–21 reporting cycle is now available. This form was updated to reflect the new reporting requirements established by the Public Service Commission (PSC) to monitor the use of:

• temporary second language evaluation measures in the context of COVID-19
• data on non-imperative appointments to monitor the effect on merit with regard to official languages

The new form will also be shared with organizational contacts by the PSC’s Staffing Support Advisors. If you need clarifications regarding the 2020–21 reporting cycle requirements, I invite you to contact your Staffing Support Advisor.

Please note that an official call letter will also be sent to deputy heads in the winter 2021 to inform of the reporting requirements and of the May 1, 2021 reporting deadline.
