In the editorial “Non-communicable diseases – finally on the global agenda,” the Acknowledgements section was omitted. This editorial was based on material written by Greg Paton and Matthias Ploeg of the International Diabetes Federation and made available by the World Heart Federation. The editors regret this error. The Acknowledgements section was added to the article on our Web site on July 29, 2011, and appears online at http://www.phac-aspc.gc.ca/publicat/hpcdp-pspmc/31-3/ar-02-eng.php. On the same date, the PDF version was also updated to include this section, and is available online at http://www.phac-aspc.gc.ca/publicat/hpcdp-pspmc/31-3/pdf/v313ar02-eng.pdf.
