Core competencies for public health provide a baseline for the workforce to achieve the goals and essential functions of public health in Canada.
With funding from Public Health Agency of Canada, the National Collaborating Centres for Public Health (NCCPH) have published an updated version of the Core Competencies for Public Health in Canada.
