Disclosure of exceptions approved by the minister under section 6.3.7 of the policy on transfer payments
There is a requirement to disclose exceptions approved by a minister under section 6.3.7 of the Policy on Transfer Payments in a transparent manner. The deputy head is to ensure public disclosure.
Section 6.3.7 Disclosure
The Minister of Health has approved the following exception to terms and conditions to provide a transfer payment to an individual recipient of an amount up to 25 per cent in excess of the maximum amount authorized by approved terms and conditions.
