Personal information collected by PrairiesCan is collected in accordance with section 4 of the Privacy Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. P-21). If provided, contact information will be used to communicate with you when you request a response to your accessibility feedback. Your feedback will be used to improve our accessibility activities. Personal information collected is described in the Personal Information Banks entitled “Public Communications”, number PrairiesCan-PSU-914 and “Outreach Activities” number PrairiesCan PSU 938. You have a right under section 12 of the Privacy Act to access to your personal information under the control of PrairiesCan as well as a right to request correction of personal information where there is an error or omission. You have the right to make a complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner under section 29(1) of the Privacy Act regarding PrairiesCan’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information, processing of your request for correction of personal information or processing of your access to personal information request.
