Victim Services

The Parole Board of Canada (PBC) has Regional Communications Officers (RCO's) in each of its regional offices across Canada that provide services to registered victims.

RCO's are there to assist victims in accessing and understanding the parole process, and can help to answer any questions or concerns that a victim may have.
