Complaints
To submit a complaint, you can either fill in our online complaint form, email or call us.
The OFOVC will not tolerate inappropriate or aggressive behaviour, harassment or foul language towards our staff. This includes any unwelcome conduct, including verbal (i.e. demeaning, non-respectful communication including cursing), physical or nonverbal behavior (i.e. insulting and threatening hand gestures) that creates a hostile or offensive work environment.
Communications with anyone who engages in such behaviour will be terminated.
Please note: Email relies on the Internet, which is an open and public network. While you may still reach out to us by email, personal and confidential information such as banking information, social insurance numbers, etc. should not be sent through email. Our staff is committed to respecting your privacy, safety and security throughout your dealings with the Office and will answer any questions or concerns you might have.
