The Communications Security Establishment Commissioner provides independent, external review of the Communications Security Establishment activities to determine whether they complied with the laws of Canada, including the National Defence Act, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Privacy Act.
We are in the process of moving our services and information to Canada.ca.
