The Royal Canadian Navy has launched The MATELOT, a new digital messaging platform designed to make personnel policies and compensation information clear and accessible to sailors.  

Available on Maple Leaf and the RCN App, it provides easy-to-understand policy breakdowns and insights into pay and benefits.
