The grievor challenged a recorded warning (RW) that had been issued to him. The Committee found that the grievor had displayed unprofessional behaviour, which required corrective action through the administration of a remedial measure (RM). However, the Committee found that an initial counselling (IC) was the more appropriate form of RM under the circumstances. Consequently, the Committee recommended that the RW be replaced with an IC.
