What's New: 2013 Annual Report Tabled in Parliament

The Military Grievances External Review Committee’s 2013 Annual Report was tabled in Parliament on May 5, 2014 by the Minister of National Defence, the Honourable Robert Nicholson.

The report includes a new section titled In Focus in which the Committee provides updates on issues that continued to be cause for concern in 2013, such as the recurring questions of timeliness and procedural fairness.

The report also includes the summaries of all 130 findings and recommendations reports and ten systemic recommendations issued by the Committee last year.

The 2013 Annual Report is the first submitted by the organization after its name was changed last June.
