Publication of Systemic Recommendations

The Canadian Forces Grievance Board has added a new section to its Web site dedicated to the publication of systemic recommendations made by the Board to the Chief of the Defence Staff. In reviewing individual grievances, the Board sometimes finds its recommendations with respect to a policy or a regulation may affect more than one member. In these cases, the Board makes the Chief of the Defence Staff aware that a broader problem may exist.
