Changes to the Federal Sustainable Development Act Reporting

As of February 2026, the Committee is excluded from the application of the Federal Sustainable Development Act, and is therefore no longer required to report under the Act. Historical sustainable development information published prior to February 2026 remains available for reference.

Strategic Environmental and Economic Assessment (SEEA)

The Committee did not have any proposals subject to a detailed SEEA that were announced or implemented in 2024-2025.
