LAC protects private information and the intellectual property rights of copyright holders. If you find your private information within the GCWA, or do not want your web resources accessible via the GCWA, let us know.

We will honour your request as soon as possible.

Request a removal

To request a removal, please send email to: archivesweb-webarchives@bac-lac.gc.ca

Please make sure to include:

• your name
• email address
• phone number
• reason for request
• whether you own the copyright on the resource in question
• if this is a privacy or personal information-related request
• title of the resource for removal
• URL from within the LAC web archives
• URL of the public edition
