You need a work permit (an Innovation Stream worker needs a work permit)

Based on your answers, you may be eligible for an employer-specific work permit. To be eligible for this work permit, you must have received a job offer from one of the employers participating in The Global Hypergrowth Project (GHP).

You must also meet the general eligibility requirements for a work permit.
