How to get a police certificate - Turkmenistan
If you need to give your fingerprints for a police certificate, this isn’t the same as giving your biometrics (fingerprints and photo) for an application.

If you are a citizen of Turkmenistan
If you live in Turkmenistan
Apply at either the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Ministry of Interior (see Contact information for complete addresses).
If you live outside of Turkmenistan
Apply to the Consular Section of your nearest Embassy of Turkmenistan.
If you are not a citizen of Turkmenistan
If you live in Turkmenistan
Apply at either the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Ministry of Interior (see Contact information for complete addresses).
If you live outside of Turkmenistan
Apply to the Consular Section of your nearest Embassy of Turkmenistan. You will need to provide details of where you lived before Turkmenistan.
