How to get a police certificate - Iraq
If you need to give your fingerprints for a police certificate, this isn’t the same as giving your biometrics (fingerprints and photo) for an application.
You do not have to provide a police certificate from Iraq unless we ask for one.

How and where do I get one?
Local Requests
Applicants should present their identification card or passport in person at any Criminal Investigation Department in Iraq. Fingerprints will be taken.
Non-Resident Requests
Applicants should apply for a police certificate at the consular section of the nearest Iraqi embassy.
