How to get a police certificate - Equatorial Guinea

If you need to give your fingerprints for a police certificate, this isn’t the same as giving your biometrics (fingerprints and photo) for an application.

If you live outside of Equatorial Guinea:

You must apply for the "Certificado de Antecedentes Penales" at the closest embassy or consulate of Equatorial Guinea.

You can apply at your country’s embassy or diplomatic mission in (or responsible for Equatorial Guinea). The embassy or diplomatic mission will have to send your application for a police certificate to the Ministry of Justice in Equatorial Guinea. If the embassy or consulate office are unable to do this, you have to provide this information in writing as part of your application to Canada.
