Online client survey on immigration and citizenship representation and advice

Ottawa, March 21, 2023— Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is conducting an online survey about the experience of immigration and citizenship applicants who were advised by paid or unpaid representatives.

About the survey

Participation in the survey is voluntary and anonymous. IRCC will not collect participants’ names or other personal information. IRCC will use survey responses only to help improve the department’s programs and services. Responses will not affect any past, current or future IRCC applications.

On March 21, 2023, IRCC will email a group of clients who finalized their applications in 2022 and invite them to take the survey.

The online survey

• takes about 10 minutes to complete
• is available in English and French
• must be completed by April 19, 2023

• the survey link starting with https://ircc.qualtrics.com/jfe
• no attachments
• an IRCC email address for participants to contact if they have any questions
