Call for proposals for resettlement and case management services

June 28, 2021— As part of our work to deliver high-quality settlement and resettlement services for newcomers, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is launching a call for proposals for resettlement and case management services.

To support the increased refugee targets under the 2021–23 Immigration Levels Plan, this call for proposals will help build capacity in communities where government-assisted refugees will be resettled. The call for proposals will fund new resettlement service providers under IRCC’s Resettlement Assistance Program, as well as projects that enhance the delivery of case management services under the IRCC Settlement Program.

Case management is closely linked to the immediate services delivered through the Resettlement Assistance Program, and is an important service for government-assisted refugees and vulnerable newcomers to succeed in living safely and independently in Canada.

Important information about submitting a proposal:

• Applications are due by August 20, 2021.
• IRCC will host a series of webinars – archived and provide detailed funding guidelines to assist applicants.
• You can sign up for email notifications to know when new settlement and resettlement assistance funding processes become available.
