Exploring clients’ recent IRCC application experiences

Ottawa, August 5, 2021 – Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has invited some clients to answer questions to explore their recent experiences of submitting an application to IRCC.

About the questions

Responses to the questions will help IRCC better understand clients’ experiences of completing and submitting applications to IRCC.

Participation is completely voluntary and will be kept confidential. All data is for research purposes only. What you tell us will not affect any past, current or future applications with IRCC.

If you don’t get an invitation to answer these questions, this is not related to the status of your application. We still welcome your input and encourage you to submit your feedback. All feedback is welcome.
