- ICAC has received 11,795 referrals since September 30, 2019 of which 1,358 have been received this fiscal year.
- 198 are currently pending FESS (front end security screening) of which 61 are related to other family members awaiting FESS.

- 10,190 triage decisions have been made to date with 4,442 (44%) referred for review.
- 3,305 triage decisions have been made this fiscal year achieving 12% of its 27,500 target representing a 49% behind pace of its target.

Summary - Schedule-Ready Packages
- 5,188 Schedule-Ready Packages have been sent for 7,815 claimants.3,978 claims had their package sent via ePost (Started July 14). 29% of SRP have been processed under 185 days this fiscal year.
