Committee Appearances
The Access to Information Act requires IRCC and other departments to proactively disclose new and existing material used by our minister or deputy minister at committee appearances. The Proactive Disclosure team coordinates the review and publishing of this material. According to the Act, all material must be published in both official languages within 120 calendar days from the date of the appearance.
