The instructions on processing study permits have been revised to include:
- an updated list of Global Affairs Canada’s international scholarship programs.
- Recipients of these scholarships are exempt from providing a provincial or territorial attestation letter (PAL/TAL) with their study permit application.
- guidance on assessing financial requirements for scholarship and award recipients.
