Instructions have been updated to outline port of entry facilitation and in‑Canada supports available to clients approved under the Gaza special measures once they arrive in Canada, including fee-exempt applications to extend or change temporary resident status, transitional financial assistance, settlement services, and Interim Federal Health Program coverage. The issuance of the “MOME2023” remark on temporary resident documents has been reinforced to enable access to these supports.
