The instructions related to travel arrangements for resettled refugees have been updated. These now include more details on processes relating to transportation loans for minors traveling without their parent or without their intended guardian, what to include in a Travel Booking Referral to the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and how to cancel a client’s request to access a transportation loan if they choose to self-book their travel.
