Nationals of Israel and Palestine are exempt from the 12-month bar if their Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), Federal Court or previous pre-removal risk assessment (PRRA) decision was made between September 30, 2025 and September 29, 2026 inclusive. Nationals of Israel and Palestine with a decision made after September 29, 2026 are subject to the 12-month bar.
