Program delivery update: Permanent resident (PR) applicants in Canada [R207 – A70] – International Mobility Program

The instructions for officers processing applications for applicants who have been determined eligible as members of certain in-Canada permanent residence classes, which includes protected persons and family members, whether or not they have applied for permanent resident status, have undergone extensive updates using a standardized form to improve navigation and clarity for officers.
Updates include
- changing the title from “Applicants in Canada: Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) exemption code A70 (International Mobility Program)” to “Permanent resident (PR) applicants in Canada [R207 – A70] – International Mobility Program”
- creating an overview landing page with links to pages with information on the individual classes
- building out to clarify instructions
- making the pages consistent with the International Mobility Program’s preferred format
- updating language and links
