The title of these instructions on Connexion has been updated to reflect the correct term in full.
The content on permanent resident (PR) cards and PR status has been reorganized with separate headlines on Loss of status to make it easier for officers to find functional guidance, and minor updates have been added.
ENF 23 has been deleted and replaced with the PDI.
