The instructions for officers processing foreign nationals entering Canada under the GATS Professionals trade agreement have been updated to
- change title from “International Mobility Program: General Agreement on Trade in Services” to “General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) Professionals – [R204(a) – T33] – Agreements or arrangements – International Mobility Program”
- make the page consistent with the International Mobility Program’s preferred format
- updated language and links
- build out clarification of instructions
