Program delivery update: Assessment of an application for permanent residence (family class)

A new section has been added to the Assessment of an application for permanent residence program delivery instructions, outlining the interview referral process for family class and spouse or common-law partner in Canada (SCLPC) class permanent residence applications. This includes updated instructions for processing overseas family class applications where an applicant indicates they are unable to attend an interview at the visa office because they are currently residing in Canada.
